After the installation and debugging of the machine tool is completed, notify the manufacturer to send someone to debug the machine tool. The main tests are as follows:
1. Various manual tests
1) Manual operation test Test the accuracy of manual operation.
2) Jog test
3) Spindle shift test
4) Overtravel test
2. Functional test
1) Use buttons, switches, and manual manipulation to perform functional tests on the machine tool. Test the flexibility, stability and functional reliability of the action.
2) Choose any spindle speed to do the continuous test of spindle start, forward rotation, reverse rotation and stop. The operation is not less than 7 times.
3) Spindle high, medium and low speed change test. The tolerance between the command value of the speed and the displayed value is ±5 percent .
4) Select a feed amount, and continuously do the work feed and rapid feed test on the entire XZ axis travel. The quick stroke should be greater than 1/2 full stroke. Pros and cons and consecutive operations no less than 7 times.
5) On the entire stroke of X and Z axes, do low, medium and high feed conversion tests. The turret tool post is used for various indexing and clamping tests.
6) The hydraulic, lubricating and cooling systems are tested for sealing, lubrication and cooling to ensure no leakage.
7) The chuck is tested for clamping, loosening, flexibility and reliability.
8) Spindle to do forward, reverse, stop and change the spindle speed test.
9) The turret tool post is indexed in the forward and reverse directions.
10) For the feed mechanism, do low, medium and high feeds for the rapid feed conversion test.
11) Test feed coordinate overtravel, manual data input, position display, return to reference point, program serial number instruction and retrieval, program pause, program deletion, address line interpolation, linear cutting, taper cutting cycle, thread cutting cycle, circle Arc cutting cycle, tool position compensation, pitch compensation, clearance compensation and other functions are reliable and flexible.
3. Idling test
1) The running test of the active mechanism shall not be less than 1 hour at the maximum speed, the temperature of the main shaft bearing shall not exceed 70 degree , and the temperature rise value shall not exceed 40 degree ;
2) Continuous idling test, the exercise time is not less than 8 hours, and each cycle time is not more than 15 minutes. At the end of each cycle, stop and simulate the action of loosening the workpiece, stop for no more than one minute, and then continue to run.
4. Load test
Users prepare drawings and blanks of typical parts, program and input programs under the guidance of the manufacturer's debuggers, and select cutting tools and cutting amounts. The load test can be carried out in the following three steps, rough turning, heavy cutting, and fine turning. Each step is divided into single cutting and cycle program cutting. After each cutting is completed, the actual size of the machined part of the part is checked and compared with the command value to check the running accuracy of the machine tool under load conditions, that is, the comprehensive machining accuracy of the machine tool and the indexing accuracy of the turret tool holder.
5. Acceptance
After the machine tool is unpacked for acceptance, functional test, dry running test, and load test, and qualified products are processed, the acceptance and handover procedures can be processed. If there is a problem, the manufacturer should be responsible for solving it.
